How soon can I receive my print kit?

Accepted Answer

All print kits are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and are sent in the UK via Tracked 24 or International Tracked & Signed. Tracked 24 is aimed to deliver within 1 day and International postage states it takes 9-12 days. However it can take longer when passing through customs, so we advise a maximum of 2 weeks to receiving for international orders.

How do I send my prints back to you?

Accepted Answer

If you are in the UK, you will have everything you need within the complimentary print kit. Simply wrap them up in the enclosed mailing bag and include the order form and pop them in any postbox near you. We will then confirm safe receipt of your prints.For overseas, you will have a labelled shipping bag, pop your prints inside with the order form  and visit your nearest post office to pay for international shipping. Please note when shipping the return prints the value must be placed at £5 or $5 or €5 to avoid import charges on returning your prints. If import charges occur, you will be liable to pay for them. Once we receive your prints, we will confirm safe receipt.

Accepted Answer

Because we know there can be emergency situations, we sell our print kits seperately so the moment can be saved and visited at another date. If you urgently need a print kit for a pet who is or has passed. You can order a print kit and expedite the shipping. Inside every print kit is a discount code for any future jewellery.If you need a kit outside of the Next day time window (11am) please email or DM us on social media and we can try if possible to help.
