SHIPPING POLICY
At Mellowsoul jewellery, we believe in ensuring your pet print jewellery arrives safely and promptly. We offer fully insured shipping methods to deliver your custom pet print jewellery across the UK and Internationally. Our packaging is designed to protect your precious pieces while reflecting the care we put into crafting them. We pride ourselves on transparency, so you can always know what to expect regarding shipping costs and timelines. We also provide options to upgrade and expedite our services for urgent requests.
Standard pet print kit shipping is within 1 - 2 days and is royal mail tracked 24
Expedited shipping is posted Royal Mail Next Day before 1pm when orders are placed before 11am - (however if you miss this window. DM or email us and we will try to help if we can)
Royal Mail Next Day is also how we return all final jewellery orders for full peace of mind.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Mellowsoul jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Although it should be noted that all pet print jewellery has an irregular shape due to the way the prints are pressed and transferred. This gives them their unique organic appearance whilst maintaining the best detail. A straighter edge or flush finish must be requested.
If you change your mind after making a purchase, we will refund you in full if, provided you can return the print kit back to us in resalable condition. Otherwise we will minus the cost of the kit off your return.
Because most of our orders are made bespoke we cannot refund if we have started making your order or we will have to remove the cost of the metals and work done till that point.
If your jewellery arrives damaged in anyway or incurs a fault within 6 months of wearing without sustaining some external damage we will fix for free and pay for the return postage.
After 6 months we will charge a small fee depending on the type of damage to fix.
We will happily resize any ring for free and we can re-polish any jewellery for you too.
