CUSTOMER CARE
We pride ourselves on providing a personal service for all our clients. We will update you during the creation of your keepsake and confirm prior to dispatch to ensure you can receive your piece safely.
If you need a piece, design or print kit urgently, please let us know and we can try to ship urgently or expedite the process where possible.
Please note during seasonal periods, we do close our books early in November due to high demand.
All jewellery as it is created is shared online via social media after it has been received and gifted. If you do not wish for it to be shared, simply let us know. We will never share personal stories, pet names or private details online, unless you ask us to or want to be featured and tagged.
MOULD & PRINT STORAGE
For all pet print moulds created or sent to us at the studio for jewellery. These moulds will be stored indefinitely or returned on request for free at an additional tracked postage charge of £12.
We will not send these back with the jewellery and will always post separately when requested to prevent any potential loss.
